- Controlled Sharing: Others can view your content only if you share access to your AskAI via the share URL, embed it on a website, or provide access through our API.
- Support Access: If you request assistance with an issue related to your AskAI, our support team will be able to see your content and settings. We will access this information only at your request.
Data Storage and Processing
- Storage with Pinecone: The text content from your documents and web pages is securely stored with Pinecone once it has been processed by OpenAI. OpenAI does not store the content or anything shared via the API except for a 30-day abuse monitoring period. More details are available here.
