You can now extract text content from your YouTube videos, making it easier than ever to incorporate video-based help documentation into your LiveChatAI system.
To easily integrate video content into your LiveChatAI without manual transcription, follow this simple guide to get started.
How to Use the YouTube Data Source Feature
- Log in to your LiveChatAI account.
- Navigate to the "Data Sources" section from the main dashboard.
- Click on the "Add New" button.
4. Select "YouTube" from the list of available data sources.
5. In the provided field, paste the URL of the YouTube video containing the help documentation or tutorial content you wish to extract. Later, choose a language from the list for extracted text.
6. Click the "Get Transcript" button. The AI will process the video and extract the text content.
7. Review the extracted text. You can edit and refine the content to ensure it accurately reflects the information in your video.
8. Once you are satisfied with the extracted and edited text, click the "Save" button to add it as a new data source in your LiveChatAI system.
