All contracts are set to automatically renew under the same terms, using the payment method on record, unless you make changes or terminate the service. Non-usage of the service won't be considered termination.
Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades become effective at the next renewal date. To cease the service, you can send an email to support@livechatai.com.
LiveChatAI's Privacy Policy applies to this agreement and is an integral part of it.
The pricing is based on the credits used in the selected plan, notwithstanding if any LiveChatAI is active during the period of the subscription. LiveChatAI reserves the right to modify fees and/or offer upgrades with a 14-day notice, with new rates applying at the next renewal period.
You have the right to request a full refund within 15 days of a monthly subscription or 30 days of an annual subscription, with no need for an explanation.
Upon the cancellation of your subscription, it is imperative to acknowledge that no refunds or exchanges will be extended for any unused subscription duration, licensing or subscription fees, any content or data associated with your account, or any other facets of the service.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For refund requests, contact our support at support@livechatai.com. In other cases, refunds will not be provided.
Unless expressly modified or terminated, paid subscriptions shall undergo automatic monthly or annual renewal through the existing payment method. It is imperative to understand that non-utilization does not constitute a valid discontinuation of the Service.
To effect such discontinuation, it shall be necessary to duly notify the LiveChatAI customer support team via the designated communication channel at support@livechatai.com.
Alternatively, the option to effect this change shall be available through the proper course of downgrading your account by means of the LiveChatAI dashboard.
