Adding Notion Pages as a Data Source

Say hi to LiveChatAI's new data source option: Notion Pages!

You can now connect your Notion pages to LiveChatAI, making it easier than ever to extract and integrate content directly from your Notion workspace into your chatbot training.

With just a few clicks, you can pull text content from selected Notion pages and review it before saving it as a data source.

This enhancement simplifies the process of incorporating Notion-based knowledge into your LiveChatAI system, improving the efficiency of your chatbot training.

Follow this simple guide to get started.

How to use Notion Pages feature

  1. Log in to your LiveChatAI account.
  2. Navigate to the "Data Sources" section from the main dashboard.
  3. Select "Notion" from the list of available data sources.
  4. Click on the "Connect Notion" button to link your Notion account with LiveChatAI.

5.   Once your Notion account is connected, a list of your Notion pages will appear. Select the pages you want to pull content from by checking the boxes next to them.

6.   LiveChatAI will extract content from the selected Notion pages. Review the content in the preview section to ensure it’s accurate and relevant.

7.  Click Save to add the reviewed content as a data source for your AI chatbot.

Please note that once content is extracted from your Notion pages, it cannot be edited directly within LiveChatAI. If you make changes to your Notion pages, you'll need to re-extract and retrain the content from the beginning to update it in your AI chatbot data sources.
