Understanding the AI Suggestions Section
The AI Suggestions section is a dedicated space where LiveChatAI identifies messages that require further optimization.
These messages are flagged because the AI agent either failed to provide a clear answer or the conversation context wasn’t properly addressed. This section serves as a guide to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggests actionable steps to enhance your AI chatbot’s performance.
By addressing these flagged messages and making the suggested adjustments, you’ll notice a significant improvement in your chatbot’s ability to respond effectively. Over time, the number of flagged messages will decrease as your chatbot becomes better trained to handle diverse queries.
How to Use the AI Suggestions Section
- Navigate to the Data Sources area in your LiveChatAI dashboard.
2. Select the AI Suggestions tab to view flagged messages and system recommendations.
3. Each flagged message will be listed along with its corresponding context and the reason for being flagged.
4. The system provides clear explanations of why a message was identified and what improvements can be made.
Follow the actionable suggestions provided by the system. These could include:
- Adding new data to your sources to address the knowledge gap.
- Adjusting the training dataset to refine the AI’s understanding.
